This is my first review I have ever posted- Those who are struggling with hard water or skin issues as a result of your water, please read!Before being introduced to this game changer, our water was terrible! We could not drink it, our clothes did not last as long, and cleaning a house with dirty water, even after boiling it, still was not enough. There was a list of other issues affecting our skin health due to the poor quality of what we were bathing in and cleaning with.Then we were introduced to all of the benefits of having clean, safe, and healthy water through Moore Water Treatment. Plus, we can actually drink it! Roger, who is a well knowledgeable person in this field, explained everything and how the process works. After testing our hard water, I was in shock at how much sludge there was in ours🤢! I’m so thankful we made this decision! I have peace of mind for my family’s health and wellbeing. Thank you to this company and the positive impact it has provided for myself and my family❤️

Edited: 11/7:24: Manuel and Austin came out to change my water filters and check my system. There was an issue with the water softener because it had formed a salt bridge. They fixed it and told me how to prevent it in the future. As usual, they were timely, professional, and efficient. I can’t recommend this company enough - always fantastic service!Edited: 1/4/23: I came back from vacation to find that my water refiner was not working. Manuel came out again to see what was wrong and found that something (maybe a squirrel?) had chewed through the power line in my attic. He worked his magic again and power has been restored! He also tested the water while he was here. I’m beyond pleased with his service. He is a fantastic technician!I am so very pleased with this company! Manuel installed my water unit, and he was fantastic. There wasn’t a main water shutoff where there should have been, but Manuel did some magic and was able to install my system. He went over all of the specs with me and answered all of my questions. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend this company and their employees.

Manuel & Sergei came out and performed our annual water filtration and water softener system service. They took the time to point out the water shut off for kitchen faucet was not fully closing. They explained how to shut off the water softener if needed as well as explaining the ideal level of salt to keep in water softener. Great job Manuel & Sergei!
