The sales person, Shannah, who called on us was very knowledgeable of the system on how it would save us money and even improve our quality of life. She was very friendly and took time to answer our many questions. really enjoyed her visit we felt as if we had known her for years when she left. Our installation was today Michael was very knowledgeable on how the system works and took time to explain the process. we hve already told others about the system.
We had a very positive experience with salesman Mike, who effectively communicated the details of our new water unit and made a strong case for its benefits. One week after installation, we are already experiencing improved water quality. We are pleased with the customized program and payment plan.
We just had water services installed this past month. The sales process was easy to schedule, John arrived on-time and we both learned a lot from his presentation. Our installer also arrived as promised and on-time. He completed the work in about three hours. Can't say enough good things about this company, their products, and the way we were treated. Manuel was very knowledgeable about the product. He also let me know that the salt in the water treatment can get hard. He was the first person to let me know this fact about the salt. He is very friendly and kind, it was just very enjoyable while he was here providing service to our water treatment system. I hope to get him again on our next service appointment.We just had another service appointment with Manuel today on October 30, 2023.it was another pleasant experience. He is very professional and polite. I hope he becomes our regular service technician.We just had our annual system maintenance appointment on 12/27/2024. It was another pleasant experience with Moore Water & Air. Our service technician, Sergei was very friendly and professional. He made sure everything was working properly before finished before he left the house. I am very pleased with every technician Moore Water & Air has sent for their service calls.
Sergio was very kind and professional. We were able to talk and discuss any issues I may have had, which were none. I was able to explain why some valves may have been turned off and why I couldn't remember alot of the maintenance task I should have been doing. He was able to ecplain how the system works and shared tips on how to monitor our system. Hopefully I will remember! He placed a cap on our frig line, which we have never hooked up. He appears to be a hard knowledgeable and professional worker. He was very personable, kind and gentle with his work at our home.Thank you Sergio!
Our salesman, John, was amazing. He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable about all of the equipment that was going to be installed. Brandon Miller was extremely professional and quick with the installation. He made sure we were comfortable with all of the materials and instructions. With 3 adults and 4 children in the house at the time of installation, he was extremely calm for the amount of chaos that was going on.I have even recommended them to my neighbors, which is something I don’t normally do.
Sergei came out today to do our 1-year service and was absolutely fabulous. Friendly, knowledgeable and used a teacher like training to tell us how to care for our system since the installers didn't tell us certain things

Sergei was the Technician that serviced our system today. He was very thorough, explained every item in the work order. He recognized we were receiving in excess of 100 PSI water pressure and explained that most residential fixtures are rated between 40-80 PSI. I agreed to install a regulator and regulate down to 75 PSI. In the past two years I have had to replace springs and o-rings on three valves.I look forward to seeing the results of Sergei’s experience, expertise, and professional recommendations.Thanks Sergei and Moore Water and Air

Shannon was our demonstator and she blew our minds with the quality of our city water. She is genuine and caring. She took the time to answer all our questions. She warmed up to all of our animals and showed us all the benefits of the system! She is very knowledgeable of the product, as well as comfortable giving the demonstration. We can't wait to get it all installed.
