Sergei and JP came out today to replace my water filters. They were great, very friendly and knowledgeable. In and out in a timely manner, I really appreciate the help and service they provided today.

A technician named Garrett came out to service our system today. He was very polite and timely. He throughly explained any and all costs before doing anything and fully answered all our questions. I will absolutely recommend this company to friends and family.
Sergei my technician today arrived promptly . He installed the filters in our purifier, checked our softener and went over the system with me and answered all my questions and concerns , pleased with the service I received today.

Great concept, sales presentation (Blaine), and product implementation (Markus & J.P.). Purty spendy product but - in addition to product features - package includes a seemingly lifetime supply of application specific soaps...saving us supply trip fuel, retail soaps' costs, and future travel times; let's us monitor our water consumption (vs water company calcs), etc. Having considerable sales background ourselves we feel Blaine did an outstanding sales presentation job (we were probably 70/30 unlikely to buy due to costs). However, Blaine tactfully - in pleasant, no pressure conversations - overcame our concerns. Separately, company techs - Markus & J.P. - were super to work with: pleasant, efficient, excellent product knowledge (ref both install & in educating us). A painless experience for us. Company best keep these three fellows around - very professional and collectively were an excellent "face" for Moore Water Treatment in the OKC area!!! Absolutely an amazing company. Casey came and did a water analysis, which was free and he was able to show us the quality of our water. He was professional and kind, and we were able to get our installation Shortly after, and we already can see the difference of the quality of water, I highly recommend meeting with one of their wonderful Employees to get started!
